Office Hours
Office hours are from 8am to 5pm. We are closed for lunch from 12 noon to 1pm.
Appointments
We ask that you call to schedule as far in advance as possible. If it becomes necessary to cancel your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible so that we may use your time slot for other patients who need to be seen.
No Shows
Please be advised that No Shows will be subjected to a $35.00 charge

All patient information and records are confidential. If you would like us to discuss your situation with a family member or friend, we will need your permission to do so.
